TrueView Accessibility Services LLC
TrueView Accessibility Services, LLC was founded in 2021 with a clear mission: to provide exceptional, culturally competent American Sign Language interpreting services that elevate communication and ensure equitable access for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community.
The company is owned and led by Kim Grigsby-Ferreira, a proud 2nd generation CODA (Child of Deaf Adult) who brings more than 25 years of professional interpreting experience to the field. Growing up with both parents who are Deaf, Kim was immersed in Deaf culture from birth. American Sign Language was not just something she learned — it was her first language and her family’s primary mode of communication.
This lived experience shapes every aspect of TrueView’s approach.
Kim understands firsthand the importance of linguistic accuracy, cultural respect, and the responsibility interpreters carry as communication facilitators. Her deep cultural fluency allows her to move beyond literal interpretation to deliver meaning, tone, and context with integrity and professionalism.
